邻苯二甲酸二甲酯DMP为无色透明微黄色油状液体。是一种对多种树脂都有很强溶解力的增塑剂，能与多种纤维素树脂、橡胶、乙烯基树脂相溶，有良好的成膜性、粘着性和防水性。邻苯二甲酸二甲酯DMP可用作驱蚊油（原油）、聚氟乙烯涂料、过氧化甲乙酮以及滴滴涕的溶剂。

邻苯二甲酸二甲酯DMP用途：为无色透明微黄色油状液体，稍有芳香味，沸点为283.7℃。能与乙醇、乙醚等一般有机溶剂混溶，不溶于水和石油醚。可用作丁腈胶的增塑剂。绝缘漆、清漆制作中的溶剂。邻苯二甲酸二甲酯还可用作驱蚊油、聚氟乙烯涂料、过氧化甲乙酮以及滴滴涕的溶剂。荧光棒（化学发光棒）制作中的溶剂。

Dimethyl phthalate DMP uses: as a colorless transparent light yellow oily liquid, slightly aromatic flavor, boiling point is 283.7 ℃. With ethanol, ether and other common organic solvents, insoluble in water and petroleum ether. Nitrile rubber can be used as plasticizers. Insulating paint, varnish production of solvents. Dimethyl phthalate is also used as mosquito repellent oil, polyvinyl fluoride coatings, methyl ethyl ketone peroxide, and DDT solvents. Light sticks (chemical light stick) produced in the solvent.
